Delivery Information

Service

• Same-day delivery Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• For same-day delivery, place your order before 5:00 p.m.
• Minimum order: $70 (before fees and taxes).
• Maximum order: $340 (before fees and taxes) due to logistical constraints.
• You can also place an order for in-store pickup. There is no minimum or delivery fee for pickup.

Delivery Areas

• Verdun and surrounding areas.
• Postal codes covered: H4H, H4G, H4E, H3K, H3E, H8N, H8R, H8P, H4C, H3J.

Delivery Fees

• Additional fees and taxes apply based on your address (calculated by distance)
• Fees are displayed at checkout and typically range between $12 and $16.

Time Slots & Delays

• 2-hour delivery window (e.g., 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.).
• A 60-minute lead time is required before the order is dispatched.
• Time slots starting in less than 60 minutes cannot be selected.
• Chosen time slots are honored as closely as possible; variations may occur due to traffic or weather.

Order Ahead

• You can place an order up to 7 days in advance for a future delivery or pickup.

Packaging & Storage

• Meals are delivered in an insulated box, effective for approximately 2 hours.
• Refrigerate or keep frozen upon receipt. We are not responsible for products left unrefrigerated beyond that period.

If You're Not Home

• By default, the box is left at your door.
• A proof-of-delivery photo may be taken.
• Condo or apartment addresses must provide access (code, concierge, instructions). If access is unavailable, the order will be left at the entrance if deemed safe.
