All our meals are prepared by hand. Fresh and frozen products must be handled and stored according to the recommendations on the packaging.

It is the customer's responsibility to maintain the cold chain after receiving their order.

  • the actual appearance of products may vary (screen, lighting, packaging),
  • we do not guarantee that every product will be identical to its photo.

3. Pricing and Availability

Unless otherwise indicated, prices:

  • do not include applicable taxes,

6. Delivery and Pickup

In-store pickup: according to the hours and conditions indicated on the site.

Local delivery: available in the zones and under the conditions indicated on the site.

The customer is responsible for:

  • providing an accurate address and valid phone number,
  • being present or arranging a safe location for delivery,
  • retrieving products within a reasonable time.

We are not responsible for losses or deterioration caused by:

  • absence at the time of delivery,
  • delayed retrieval,
  • inadequate storage.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
