Refund policy

Menu sur le Pouce S.E.N.C. prepares and packages fresh and frozen meals.

For food safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted, whether the packaging has been opened or not.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled as long as preparation has not yet begun.

In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the amount paid minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by Shopify (these fees are retained by the payment provider and are not returned to us). No additional fees will be charged.

 Once preparation has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.


Order Errors or Issues

If an item is missing, damaged, or does not match your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email us at: info@menusurlepouce.com Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo(s) of the product or packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your request, a solution will be offered based on the situation:

  • Replacement with a future order
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund (assessed on a case-by-case basis)

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any fresh or frozen product. Once a food item has left our control (in-store or via delivery), we can no longer guarantee the cold chain and it cannot be returned to sale. This includes:

  • Fresh and frozen meals
  • Ready-to-eat meals
  • Reheated, thawed, or partially used items
  • Final sale items

However, if a product is missing, damaged, or does not match your order, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.


Local Delivery

 If a delivery cannot be completed because the address provided is incorrect or no one is available, no redelivery is guaranteed.

No refund is possible if products were left at the requested drop-off location and their condition has deteriorated due to a break in the cold chain.
